WHAT WE NEED:

The Chief of Staff at TATCHA is a strategic partner and advisor to the CEO and CSuite, responsible for driving the execution of high-level strategic initiatives. This leader will enable and empower the organization’s leadership to realize the company’s vision, aligning resources and efforts to meet long-term goals. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the strategic direction of the company, ensuring the CEO’s vision is translated into actionable plans and impactful outcomes, while driving the strategic growth of the brand and commercial success.

Key Responsibilites:

Strategic Leadership and Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing high-level support on key business decisions and organizational priorities.
  • Drive the development and refinement of the long-term strategic vision, annual strategic plan, and fiscal-year/mid-range planning goals in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Partner with the CFO to oversee strategic budget management and forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and resource optimization.
  • Develop and maintain a KPI Dashboard and performance metrics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead the creation of strategic communications for the CEO, collaborating with the communications team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for brand growth and commercial success, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Explore white space market opportunities to expand the brand's reach and impact, identifying and working with key leaders to develop strategies for new opportunities.

Cross-Functional Strategic Leadership

  • Champion the CEO’s vision by leading and managing strategic, high-impact projects that span multiple departments and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee the multi-year planning process, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform strategic initiatives and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to drive brand growth and commercial success, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision.
  • Lead enterprise solutions to enable the business model to scale, including organizational design and the implementation of systems and processes that support growth.
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and drive critical projects, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus.
  • 15+ yrs experience leading teams in a global, high growth organization with increasing levels of responsibility. 
  • 8-10 years of experience interfacing with and presenting to C-level executives.
  • Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles at a consumer-facing organization a plus 
  • Strong relationship builder, communicator and collaborator with the ability to form deep and trusted relationships, across organizations, to achieve common goals. 
  • Significant experience and understanding of business operations with strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills. 
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to produce and edit persuasive business communications. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a highly dynamic and fluid environment.

THE DETAILS:

The expected base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $190,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
