What We Need: 

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to join our Brand & Influencer marketing team based in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data to support our marketing initiatives and optimizing the performance of our influencer community. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Brand & Influencer Marketing. 

Each day at Tatcha is different with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on: 

  • Brief and serve as liaison with cross-functional partners, including Creative, DTC/eComm, Retail teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns, go-to-market launches, growth initiatives, events and more
  • Support manager with measuring, tracking, and optimizing performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs 
  • Measure and report on program performance using in-house analytics and third-party tools; share insights and results with cross-functional and exec stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze social data, identify trends and present key findings (both quantitative and analytical skills) and then apply these to future programs
  • Lead mailer and gifting strategy to grow brand mentions and awareness
  • Assist with build out and implementation of strategy for talent partnerships for key commercial moments 
  • Assist with tracking and updating team budgets following activations; manage payment to vendors
  • Monitor and respond to community activity and brand mentions (Ex. LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop)
  • Manage day-to-day correspondence with multiple partners such as agencies, vendors, and influencer platforms
  • Assist with managing vendor/partner relationships - Influencer/talent agencies/agents, and event production
  • Identify new influencers and talent and assist with building innovative programs/initiatives to expand community while deepening existing relationships 
  • Oversee product inventory - placing/tracking product orders and managing fulfillment for team, forecasting new launch gratis needs
  • Be an expert, staying up to date on influencer trends and tools, and providing recommendations on influencer execution for larger marketing programs
  • Support with strategy, vision, and execution of Influencer Marketing at Tatcha to reach overall brand and business strategy

Qualifications: 

  • B.A. in Communications, Marketing, or similar
  • 3-4 yrs experience in influencer, PR, and/or social media marketing 
  • Experience with influencer software platforms (Tribe Dynamics/CreatorIQ, Traackr, GRIN or similar)
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for influencers and social media 
  • Comfortable with G-Suite, especially Google Sheets, Calendar, Slides
  • Familiar with file management systems (Box, Dropbox, or similar)
  • Excellent communication & writing skills

 

The Details:

The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000.  The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
